In the NBA, LeBron James and Anthony Davis signed extensions with the LA Lakers and there was an interesting trade between the Houston Rockets sending Westbrook to the Washington Wizards for John Wall and a 2023 1st round pick. Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr. stepped in the ring this past weekend in the Triller sponsored event. The Match - Champions for Change charity golf event was held and Charles Barkley and Phil Mickelson faced off against Steph Curry and Peyton Manning. We reviewed the major NBA Offseason 2020 trades that occurred to date (November 19, 2020). We started with the Milwaukee Bucks acquisition of Jrue Holiday from the New Orleans Pelicans and the trade snag with Bogdan Bogdanovic with the Sacramento Kings. Today, it was confirmed that Klay Thompson tore his achilles ending his season before it even started. Other trades we reviewed were by the Philadelphia 76ers acquiring Seth Curry and Danny Green, the Phoenix Suns acquiring Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Lakers trading for Dennis Schroder.

NFL Week 9 is complete. We provided our thoughts on the Atlanta Falcons squeaking out their 3rd victory against the Denver Broncos, and the Green Bay Packers beating up on the 49ers. The NBA offseason was next on the agenda. NBA Draft, NBA Free Agency, and NBA Season starting December 22. NBA rumors are rampant and we called out a few related to the Milwaukee Bucks and LA Lakers. We gave a shout out to Milwaukee Brewers’ Devin Williams for winning NL Rookie of the Year. To conclude, we discussed the Master’s golf tournament at Augusta National and Lee Elder being named honorary starter in 2021. Lee Elder was the first African-American to play at the Master’s in 1975. Paine College (HBCU)will receive two golf scholarships from Augusta National starting next year, and will support starting a women’s golf team

The NBA Finals between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Miami Heat completed on Sunday with the LA Lakers winning the series 4-2. We gave our congratulations to the Lakers and the Heat for finishing off a successful NBA bubble season. We moved to the NFL focusing on the Atlanta Falcons firing of Dan Quinn (Head Coach), Thomas Dimitroff (GM), and Ben Kotwica (Special Teams Coordinator) and Raheem Morris being named the interim head coach. Green Bay Packers and their wide receiver draft misses continued to show up after witnessing Chase Claypool go off for 4 touchdowns on Sunday. The Packers had the opportunity to draft Chase Claypool.
