We discussed how the current environment may impact Historically Black Colleges and Universities in the future related to facilities, funding, student body and athletics. We spotlighted the move to the SWAC conference by Florida A&M University (FAMU), and the impact that it will have financially for the school. The HBCU facilities were a topic of discussion, and how the lack of funding in the past put the HBCU at an athlete recruiting disadvantage then and now. The HBCU game day experience is definitely a must for fans once the games and fans are able to attend.

The Green Bay Packers made moves that were called into question by Jason, in particular not addressing the wide receiver position at all in the off-season. By not addressing the wide receiver position, we felt that may lead to Aaron Rodgers being frustrated and eventually moving on to a new team in the near future.
