Brandon is going out for a Dryer scholarship for grad school, but so is Mark and that really seems to be the final straw for Mark and Kelly’s relationship. Donna doesn’t know what she wants to do and ends up spending the day as her father’s receptionist. It’s time for the tribunal. Steve admits his guilt and doesn’t have to go to trial, but Brandon refuses to falsely confess to cheating. Thankfully, Steve can prove that he only cheated this time and not that other time. Meanwhile, it’s Mark’s birthday and Kelly throws him a party he doesn’t want. But it doesn’t matter because no one pays attention to him at said party and he blows up at Kelly about it. Finally, David must decide whether or not to invest in the PPAD, and Donna is worried that the choice is more than a financial one.

Home from Vegas, David is too busy to confront his mental health and cancels/skips appointments. Too bad he hurts himself and a hospital takes the opportunity to put a 72 hour hold on him. He meets a psychiatrist and HIS MOM comes to visit and he finally comes to realize he’s not broken, just different. Meanwhile, Steve has been caught doing his dumb stuff, again. And Brandon finally asks him what he thinks happens to his friends when he does these things. We'll find out in next week's Law & Order 90210 (Dun Dun!)
