We don't know about you but we are obsessed with Christmas music! This obsession isn't a new one, it dates back to when we were growing up looking forward to hearing Christmas music every holiday season! Alan ran the longest-lasting Blockbuster franchise in the country, and recently wrote about his experience in his new book, Built to Fail: The Inside Story of Blockbuster's Inevitable Bust. We had such a great time chatting with him and hearing his fascinating stories!
