Vishal Malik is a multifaceted corporate professional with 23 years of experience in research and management consulting industry. Vishal worked with McKinsey & Company for almost 21 years where he played six different roles. He was the Director of Operations and Administration for McKinsey and Company in India before he took a sabbatical in October 2020 to fulfil all his creative pursuits.

Besides having deep credible expertise in driving large scale change management and internal business transformation, Vishal is also a seasoned trainer and coach. With over fifteen years of rich global experience in conducting capability building workshops, he conceptualized Management/Leadership Jams which are unique Management and Leadership development workshops involving music. Vishal has been conducting these innovative workshops for corporates, industry forums and educational institutions since 2017

A TEDx speaker, singer, music composer and a song writer, Vishal lent his voice to several radio/TV ads besides representing India in an International music concert in Russia called the “Voice of Asia”. He has also started a YouTube channel on leadership development called “Letz Ascend”

There was just a whole ‘season’ [of change].”  Patel said his personal journey led him to rediscover what he wanted out of his restaurant. He was looking to build a fresh-to-table eatery, featuring an eclectic menu of inspired cuisine. 
Harvest Bistro captures inspiration from cuisine around the world, and takes an American approach to international flavors. Experimenting with ingredients to bring out his uniqueness. He revitalizes worldwide fare such as Asian and Italian, infusing each with American tradition.
The menu offers a plate for any palate. With that in mind, Patel doesn’t shy away from the chance to create something new upon request. “If it’s not on the menu and we have it, we’ll do it for you.”
