The Arnold Schwarzenegger story is a great example of how no one is self made, and how we all can be grateful for the teachers, mentors, and supporters that get us to where we are and help us accelerate toward our potential. 

Decision fatigue is real, and when contemplating or executing a Big Leap, lack of routine can slow you down. Routines are critical for acceleration and can add joy to your day. 

It is important to remember that if we want something we've never had before, we need to do things we've never done before. 

It's time to step away from our desks and our big leap projects to get perspective and let new insights emerge while we recharge. 

We've all heard the phrase "what gets measured gets managed," but a big leap requires rigorous honesty because what gets acknowledged gets fixed. 

It's easy to lose touch with your self mid week. Now is a great time to find creative ways to express yourself to stay grounded in what is true to yourself, reconnect with your purpose, and amp up the joy. 

Big leaps can lead to extended periods of frustration, but there are a few things we can do to weather the storm and come out of the other side feeling even better. 

Any big leap is a growth process, there will be pain. Much like tempering steel, our personal strengthening process includes, and necessitates both a heating up and cooling down process...with some tension and a few bruises in between.
