Symptoms include delirium, respiratory depression, coma, and seizures. In significant cases (over 200 mg), patients may appear brain dead due to loss of brainstem reflexes. Treatment focuses on supportive care, including intubation and hemodialysis if necessary, and managing seizures with benzodiazepines. There are no specific antidotes for baclofen toxicity.
