Taking a litte departure from the movie scene and reviewing a tv show. But not just any old tv show. Actually, technically, this is pretty damn old. One of the longest running series on television. And being Doctor Who fanboys ourselves, we couldn't help but want to talk about this. For a long while, BBC had been hinting at an episode that brings David Tennant (10th doctor) back to the Who-verse and what good timing that the 50th anniversary came up bringing back a reunion of sorts of all the doctors. Of course, ALL the doctors couldn't be there but for the most part, us fans wanted to see Tennant back in that striped slim suit of his and all his "timey wimey" anecdotes. This movie long episode does not fail. With many call backs and inside jokes only Who-fans could love, this was almost a fanboy's dream episode.Have at it.  

The Bad Guys take on Katniss Everdeen and Aquaman. The Hunger Games returns to spoil the "breath-of-free-air" those crazy kids thoughts they had from the last round. Thanks President Snow. You're swell! Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth (Baby Thor), and good old Donald Sutherland return for this highly anticipated sequel.In this episode:

Riddick is the third film in the Chronicles of Riddick universe attempting to go back to its root with the movie that started it all, Pitch Black. Vin Diesel is back as the bad-ass Richard B. Riddick being dumped on planet to fend for himself surrounded by things that go chomp-chomp-chomp in the night... while it's raining. We return Riddick to predator-mode as well as introduce some cannon-fodder for some hungry-hungry hippos (where hippos just stands for dangerous alien things). Riddick is written and directed by David Twohy.

The comedy team of Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, producer Nira Park and director Edgar Wright are back for the third installment of adventures of films all part of the Cornetto Trilogy.
