Oh boy, people who had their St. Paddy's day ruined by the shitty Contagion fanfic that is coronavirus, it's time for a special treat!

Today, as they were not able to get our guest into the studio in time for recording, and because COVID-19 sucks all the lemons, Atlas and Nick decided to try something a little different: Bad Reading... from them. That's right, Atlas, who has his B.A. in creative writing, is going to read one of his (not fan) fiction stories from college to you today. Nick, with a little help from the show's producer, Alex, are in charge of making fun of the story. Get ready for hilariously crappy writing and even better/worse voices!

In a time before superhero movies were profitable or even good, there was Meteor Man. Surprised? We were too. Today we have LA comic and absolute madman Mike Menendez to talk about the movie. This was after giving us three very obscure options for his episode.

Meteor Man is a 90s film with about every black actor and comedian you could think of back then, it's about a DC (heh) area school teacher who gets super powers after being hit by a meteor. With his newfound powers like super strength, speed, and animal telepathy, he decides to fight a gang called the Golden Lords in his neighborhood with the help of the Bloods and Crips.

That's the actual movie, now imagine the fanfic for it.

Oi mate, fancy a shag on this Valentine's Day? Vaguely offensive Britishisms aside, on this lovely Friday we have Sarah Bugden, hilarious comic and producer/co-host of the Downtown LA Comedy Crawl, to talk about Fleabag.

A critically acclaimed comedy created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge (who also was heavily involved in the BBC amazingness that is Killing Eve), Fleabag tells the story of a young woman in the UK's trials and tribulations in work, love, sex, and pretty much anything else a millennial goes through.

This makes for a bit of a complicated problem when it comes to fanfiction, as every fanfic seems to be about sex at some point, so Atlas went out and picked something not featuring the characters from Fleabag, but rather the style of Fleabag. Get ready for a pissed off Sarah!
