There’s good money in presuming to be expert in Agility, to have all the answers.  Those answers predictably take the form of complex rules and structures, roles and protocols.

But Agile was meant to be simple - to provide a better way, and to start making things better WITHOUT years of planning and speculation.   Agile works because of simple fundamentals.   Learn them.   Live them.   Perfect them.   That’s how you do remarkable things.  That’s how you provide massive value to customers and users.
