Dr. Samuel Ramani holds a PhD from the University of Oxford in International Relations and is currently an Associate Fellow at the Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies (RUSI).

Kyle Walter holds an MSc in Russian and East European Studies from St. Antony's College, Oxford and works on global threat analysis in the private sector.
