Joining us on The Shortlist to chat about this is Gui de Souza Neves, Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing & Solutions Manager at Nestlé. Gui has been working with Nestlé since 2005 and has spent his career to date in HR. During this time, he has not only progressed through various different HR job roles but has also relocated from Brazil to Europe. Today, he is responsible for Nestlé’s Talent Acquisition process, known as TA Solutions, as well as managing TA Sourcing across 3 different regional centres. When lockdown hit, he also somehow found the time to set up LGBT Mentoring, a not-for-profit with over 60 mentors, providing support to those people in search of jobs in the LGTBQ+ community.
