Loren Enns is the director of State Campaign for the Balanced Budget Amendment Task Force with the Heartland Institute and came in to speak on the issues the US faces with runaway debt, the threat is poses, and why he feels Idaho should join other conservative states in supporting a Convention of the States to discuss a balanced budget amendment.
