Its seems as though knowing that summer is around the corner makes us remember our goals when it comes to our weight all of a sudden.
There's a TON of fat burning information out there, most of which I find can be confusing or just the same old, same old. Eat less, move more, don't do this, that and the other and you'll lose weight. Ugh. I don't know about you but it's exhausting hearing all of the things we "shouldn't" or "can't" do when it comes to our body.
