From epic verbal jousting to some possible cat shenanigans on our part, this episode with have you laughing and probably me crying because... well, because it's me and I cry at everything! Harry and the gang are struggling to get by in a school environment more and more controlled by government entities. What will they do to teach themselves the real-world skills they will need to survive the coming struggles?

Harry and the gang are growing up and the world is changing fast. New ideas and opportunities are opening up while their childhood ideas shift to reflect their new realities. With a new defense against the dark arts teacher arriving at Hogwarts, how will they fare in this transitional period? What new challenges will they face?

Harry finishes the tournament but at what cost? New information is brought back from the maze but who will listen? With Harry becoming more controversial by the day, who will stand by him?

Harry and Ron struggle to find trust and common ground as the first task approaches and Harmione gets caught in the middle. Harry must rush to train enough to finish the first task with the help of Mad-eye Moody. After reconciling with Ron, Harry learns that for the second task he will have to breathe under water for 1 hour. Will he be able to do it? Sounds like some serious training or charms are in his future.

The Weasleys, Harry, and Harmione head out to a pro-quidditch match. Death Eaters attack the grounds late that night and, in the scramble to get away, Harry notices Barty Crouch putting the Dark Mark in the sky. Shortly after arriving at Hogwarts, we meet the students of Beaubatton's and Durmstrang who will be joining the Hogwarts family for the year while the Tri Wizard Tournament is underway. Somehow Harry's name is entered and he is selected to compete. How will the school react?

But why would he be so keen on infiltrating Hogwarts?

Harry has a mishap at home and runs away from the Dursley household. After taking the Night Bus, he finds his friends staying in town at the same pub. Mr. Weasley warns Harry about an escaped prisoner but Harry can't imagine why.

Something is definitely going on with the object Harry and Hagrid retrieved from the bank vault. Harry, Ron, and Hermione work together to figure out what it is and how to keep it from falling into the wrong hands.

We get to see some more of the castle as Harry and the other first years make their way into the Dining Hall to be sorted. Snape has an unpleasant reaction to Harry taking notes and something fishy is going on about the vault Harry and Hagrid went to before arriving at Platform Nine and Three Quarters.
