This week's we coming with a special extended episode of “Expecting hesitations, and hesitating expectations" - quite a tongue twister! We’ll be talking about our thoughts on internships/school/career life from our point of view pre-college, during college and post-college. It’s something we have a lot to talk about since we all graduated recently and started our careers at our first job!

If we were to describe what the process is like when we just enter college, make new friends, meet colleagues at a new workplace, or just started joining a community group,  we would say...it’s like auditioning! If you’ve done auditions, you’ll probably agree.

Tedious, nerve-wracking, and yet there’s this huge desire and hope to ‘get in’ and ‘get the role’.
