#71 - Liza Howard comes from an army family and a while ago, she decided that the best way she could give back to the community would be to set up the trail running camp Band of Runners. Years later, this camp has helped many vets and Gold Star family members find the joy that is on the trails. She joins me this week talk about the camp and about her own running journey.
