So, in this audio coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we continue with our 5k specific block of training, heading once more to the Roding Valley Rec with no ranting groundsman this week :-(
The session is all about speed - 800m at 5k pace (or 3 mins whichever comes first), another 800m at 5k pace, then 400m all out (or 90s whichever comes first) and then repeat that set. You'll have to listen for details of the duration of the recovery......and how I got on!
