Welcome to our 11th Episode.

We decided to release this episode a week later in solidarity with the #EndSARS protests across Nigeria. It's been three weeks since the #EndSARS protests began and the movement is still going strong until we see the end of SARS and the toppling bad governance in Nigeria. Everyone contributing physically and virtually is playing an important role in getting us there, and we're proud to be part of it.

On this episode, we sat with Aije, a lead data scientist and career mentor. Aije opened us up to her story from her university experience to career choices to balancing a career and her side gig, AijeTalks. She shed light on some of the crucial factors that have helped shape her up to date and how beneficial it is for more people to apply them in their careers.

Our 10th episode coincides with an especially important movement going on in Nigeria right now. Police brutality and abuse of power has been rampant through the country for as long as we can remember, and the people have reached their tipping point. In the last week, Nigerian youth took to the streets and airwaves to express their rage at the terror that has come from the Nigerian Police Force's Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) unit. Idris and Stefan sit together to discuss the issues and share their thoughts on what's next for the movement.
