  • Radical Empathy, Pfizer Data Dump and the Debut of Barbarian Yak Fest

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my energetic eartheaters and sanguine Scottish yaks!

Welcome back to the BNP everyone and thank you so much for joining! To my patrons, y'all are the scruff of my Meowzer's neck, I couldn't calm her down without you. I appreciate the support.

This episode is a fun one! It begins with the zany audio tidbits you know and love, as well as a voice memo section recorded at the river, diving into the concept of radical empathy. We then visit with neighbor Reinaldo and chat about life in South Phoenix and the absurdity of city zoning laws.

For the second half of the show, I include the audio from the debut episode of Barbarian Yak Fest. The Yak Fest is a new bi-weekly video show I will be co-hosting with fan favorite and independent sleuth, Dr. Sylvie Salinger, PhD.

What is the Yak Fest? The Yak Fest is news, analysis and mystic pontification for everyday people, from a philosopher barbarian perspective. BYF aims to reintroduce the human element back into this techno-filtered world. At BYF, we resist the algorithm, by taking back the algorithm, so we can own the means of algorithmic production.

Four Pillars of Barbarian Yak Fest are:

    - Authenticity is Paramount
    - Resist Transhumanism
    - Transcend Illusory Right-Left Dichotomy
    - Rehabilitate Working Class Solidarity

In this first episode of the Yak Fest, Sylvie and I discuss the Pfizer data dump and just how damning the numbers are. We ask the question: how is this not bigger news (1 in 35 trial participants DIED)?? We also chat about masks and the Fauci-CDC flip flopping on whether they do a damn thing (spoiler alert: they don't). Finally, we take a look at the corporations cloning cats for $50K a meowzer clone... yikes.

  • Pollinate Parallel Systems: Counter-Economics, Agorism and Voluntary Symbiotic Exchange

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my entrepreneurial echidnas and unbiased utonagans!

Welcome back to the BNP beloved listeners and thank you so much for joining! To my patrons: you all are the parity in my value-for-value barter exchange, I appreciate you!

For this week's episode, we tackle a fascinating, highly relevant and timely topic: Counter-economics and Agorism.

    Counter-economics
is an economic theory and revolutionary method consisting of direct action carried out through the black and gray market. Agorism is a social philosophy that advocates the creation of a society in which all relations between people are voluntary, symbiotic and mutualist, using counter-economics as the means of exchange.

Think symbiosis in nature but in the realm of the human agora: a truly free and strictly voluntary marketplace. What's even better, you are likely already engaged in the counter economy! Do you pay your neighbor a few bucks to mow your lawn? Do you pay your babysitter in cash? Have you ever picked up a dime bag from your friendly neighborhood ganja farmer? Congratulations, you're actively participating in the agora!

This is a thought-provoking episode not to be missed, enjoy! Come for the agorism, stay for the zany audio tidbits! You already know I wouldn't leave you without your tidbits love doves~~~

  • Central Bank Digital Currencies (Are Bad) w/ Dr. Sylvie Salinger, PhD

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my perspicacious peccaries and judicious jaguarundis!

Welcome back to the BNP friends and thank you for joining! To my patrons, y'all are the blossoms on my bougainvillea, thank you!

This episode we welcome back to the BNP fan favorite and independent sleuth Dr. Sylvie Salinger, PhD. Dr. Sylvie holds a PhD in philosophy and did her dissertation on artificial intelligence, and she is back to help us unpack another DOOZY of a topic: Central Bank Digital Currencies, or CBDC. (Don't worry friends, you already know I got you covered on zany audio tidbits as well.)

Before we dive into CBDC's and illustrate why they are bad (having your money supply tied to your social credit score, and being unable to save, for starters), we take a beat to reflect one last time on the hypocrisies and continued breakdown of common sense around the schizotypal government Covid response. These draconian, divisive, invasive and counterproductive policies caused countless problems for working people, and then one day, poof, instantly the measures are all gone, with no explanation as to why they were necessary in the first place.

I will dive into the Pfizer data dump and the bombshell numbers of deaths and injuries reported in the trials in a later episode.

Though the mandates have now largely been lifted, the immeasurable societal and interpersonal damage from these indefensible policies remains, and will be with us for some time. Thus, we will not allow our rulers to, as Malcolm X says, "put our minds right in a bag and take them wherever they want."

  • Truth Is The First Casualty Of War

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my discerning love doves and incandescent ibises!

Welcome to a special bonus mid-week micro ep of the BNP.  Thank you for tuning in!

Folks, the drums of war are a-pounding, and the belligerent jingoism is a-jingo-ing. We need to resist this dicey status quo.

The purpose of this micro ep is to inject some historical context and geopolitical nuance into the current conflagration in Ukraine.

Remember: war is total, and information warfare is definitely a thing. As mewling American empire babies (wahhh wahhh, I want my micro-processors and my $12 yuppie cupcakes wahhhh), we are some of the most propagandized subjects in the world. Your rulers have disdain for you, and they think they can play your mind like a fiddle. Prove them wrong.

Pursue nuance. Be meticulous in your pursuit of the whole truth. And don't fall prey to the mad flag waving Russophobia. The world is complicated: be flexible and agile in your thinking and analysis. I hope this micro ep helps to flesh out your understanding of this tragic unfolding clusterfuck.

I send purple sunrise vibrations and raven's KAWS to you all ~~~~

Let's meditate on cultivating peacefulness and equanimity within, so we can do our part to ameliorate the suffering of all people of the world who are embroiled in conflict.

Meditation has a measurable impact on reducing violence. Especially collective meditation. I am always sitting down to meditate at 11:11 PM AZ time. Join me in the ethersphere soul friends ~~~~

  • The Real Ass Anthony Fauci w/ Dr. Sylvie Salinger, PhD (BNP Book Club Inaugural Episode)

What's up to my incorruptible iguanas and litigating lemurs!

Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for joining! To my patrons, you all are the untz in my subwoof and the synth in my tweeters, I appreciate you!

This episode I'm super jazzed to welcome back to the BNP  our favorite independent gumshoe and citizen investigator, Dr. Sylvie Salinger, PhD! Dr. Salinger holds a PhD in philosophy, with her dissertation on artificial intelligence. She was kind enough to jump on the pod and help me unpack RFK Jr.'s massive myth-shattering tome, The Real Anthony Fauci.

Strap in folks, because Dr. Sylvie and I go deep in this far ranging and thought-provoking conversation about government corruption, false prophets, and the danger of blind obedience to "the science." When "science" becomes "Scientism," Houston we got a problem.

This is the inaugural edition of a new series I'm calling BNP Book Club: when I come across a book that I feel just HAS to be read. Er, listened to. And sometimes people don't have 25 extra hours lying around to listen to an audiobook. No worries, BNP Book Club has your back! All you have to do is lean back, sip that mint tea (or chamomile, or pu-erh), have your magical gummies at the ready, and enjoy the synopsis. Yes I realize this episode is 3 hours long. Whatcha gonna do, it's a long ass book.

  • On the Ground in Ottawa w/ Leila Mechoui of Red Star Radio

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my trouble making tarsiers and rebel rocking ragamuffins!

Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for joining!! To my patrons, y'all are the diesel in my big rig, thankee.  We have a dazzler of an episode for you!

My guest this week is Leila Mechoui of the Red Star Radio podcast. Find Red Star Radio wherever you listen to podcasts, and support them here. Red Star Radio is a news and analysis podcast from a genuinely Marxist perspective (see: non-dogmatic, inclusive and focused on building real working-class solidarity). As we discuss in the interview, Leila and her co-host Alexander McKay do an excellent job of presenting current events and philosophical concepts through the lens of class struggle and worker's rights, as against Capital and the rapacious oligarchic ruling class. Definitely check out Red Star Radio and subscribe, it's an excellent pod.

Leila has been on the ground in Ottawa throughout the recent Freedom Convoy demonstration against mandates, digital surveillance and government overreach. She provides a valuable firsthand, eyewitness account of the protest. Leila dispels the bad faith tropes being pushed about this movement in the lamestream media.

Justin Trudeau is a tin pot tyrant (who likes to wear blackface), and he invoked the Emergency Act to disperse the peaceful demonstrators in Ottawa via brutalizing tear gas, rubber bullets, electromagnetic weapons, arrests, and threats of backhanded criminal investigation. Trudeau has even started freezing bank accounts of protest supporters. All for the "crime" of lawfully participating in the democratic process.

Before we dive into the goings on in Ottawa, we pontificate about the nature of learning and knowledge itself (dogmatism vs Taoism, so to speak), and how science is never a settled matter. In fact the scientific method necessitates that science never be a settled matter, in that the entire theory hinges on applying rigorous skepticism to all observed phenomena.

  • Socialism with AMERICAN Characteristics (Or: How to Talk About Socialism with People Who *Think* They Hate Socialists)

    Send us Fan Mail

What's up to my evenhanded egrets and unpretentious uguisus!

Welcome back to the BNP and thank you for joining! To my patrons, y'all are the fizz in my booch and the mango in my salsa, recognize!

In order to change someone's mind, you have to first find common ground. This creates a bond. Then, starting from that point of agreement and shared values, you can begin to gently and respectfully seed new ideas and concepts into minds that seem to be closed. No mind is ever truly closed. But yelling and judging has never changed a single mind. Humans need to come to their own realizations. The best we can do is facilitate organic realization by being kind, patient, respectful, and informed.

There are certain things nearly all Americans agree on: end the wars, break up the huge monopolies (cough cough Amazon, cough Google, ahem Microsoft), and Medicare for All. Let's come together around these shared goals and work from there.

It is in this spirit that we must ask an important and admittedly complicated question: what would socialism with American characteristics look like?  We've heard about socialism with Chinese characteristics. But let's start the conversation: what would socialism actually look like in these United States?

Certain trees only grow in certain climates. So too,  any socialist policies must adhere to, and harmonize with, the unique qualities and conditions of the culture within which they would take root.

This ep also unveils the physical and biological benefits of meditation, staying on the contemplation tip. And stay tuned to the end, because I felt it was important to feature a couple stories from independent media (Rebel News) that cover the other side of the story around the global movement for medical freedom and informed consent.

This episode I'm turning down the dial, and delivering some deeply felt audio tidings from my heart to yours. It is an expression of appreciation, of wonder, of mystery and of potential. We live in an absolutely magickal Universe. Space, time, thought, memory...what a trip! Plus electromagnetic radiation, sprinkle in some star dust... and voila! Life! What's more, biological life on our resplendent space marble, the Living Planet Gaia, 4 billion years of its evolution, fueled by the molten inner fires of Pele, the Volcano Goddess.

This episode is a Back to Basics ep, a throwback to the early days of the BNP when it was just me, my honest thoughts and feelings, and some  tracks. I start the episode by speaking from the heart about why I do this podcast in the first place, and what makes audio such a unique medium for connecting with others across the rabbit holes of space and time.

Meditation and its power, depth and beauty are also covered, and I end the episode with another throwback: a rune cast forecast for the week! Teaser: it's auspicious folks.

I start the episode with an original poem: My Brother the Sun. I also read an article about the iconographic and cultural symbiosis between the Mexica Earth Goddess Tonantzin and Our Lady of Guadalupe.

You may be wondering what happened to my episode this week and why I am posting this on Sunday morning. After initially posting on Tuesday, I removed the post on Wednesday after my guest whom I had interviewed demanded the episode be removed. At the end of her scolding missive, she implored me to interrogate my own beliefs about vakseen mandates. I took her admonition to heart and have been interrogating my beliefs as to where I stand. After much consideration, prayer, research and meditation, I can say with clarity and conviction:

I stand with the Indigenous Bolivian workers and trade unionists of La Paz and El Alto, some of whom are marching with medicinal plants, and uttering prayers for therapeutic sovereignty and choice.

I stand with the healthcare workers of the majority Black French neo-colonies of Martinique and Guadeloupe, whose allies in the working class have occupied the legislature and brought the islands to a halt with their ferocious opposition to vakseen mandates. Many on the island compare the mandate rules with France's slavery era, and insist on their own autonomy in making healthcare choices for themselves.

I stand with the workers of Berlin, of Melbourne, of Wellington NZ, of Vienna, of Paris, of Brussels, of Madrid, of Lisbon, of Verona, Italy, of Athens, of Tehran, of Beirut, of Sofia, Bulgaria, of Prague, of London, of Bucharest, Romania, of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, of Cyprus, of Lima, of Buenos Aires, of Quito, of Manaus, of Chicago, and of New York City.

And yes, I stand with the Canadian truckers who have organized and gathered in Ottawa to protest mandates. I hasten to add that many of these Canadian truckers are Sikhs, women, and people of color.

I stand with the workers of the world in opposing medical intervention mandates.  Workers who feel deprived of their dignity are primed to struggle against Capital, and when they are smeared, belittled and judged by those who identify as leftists, these workers are then pushed directly into the waiting arms of the right. We are witnessing a massively swelling uprising against the totalitarianism of the medical cartel, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Wall St., the Military Industrial Complex, and the industry lobbyists posing as our representatives on Capital Hill. Join the fight or get out of the way.

Stay tuned to the end because I am reposting the skits and segments of the original episode, just without the interview. I also feature two segments about Tenochtitlan and the culture of ancient Mesoamerica and the Aztec people.
