Barbs In The World - The Curious Case of Adulthood

I have just recently went through "pandemic birthday". As the day was approaching I was dreading it, feeling lonely and hopeless for not being able to have my closest friends with me and all but one family member around. Until I decided that it cannot be like that, so i came up with bunch of small things to do to keep the spirits up! Now I am putting it all in a list and in this episode for all of you to use. Enjoy!

Some changes happen overnight, others take time. Last year took everyone by surprise, but for me it was more internal than unexpected pandemic. In the very beginning of the year a big change started sneaking up on me and revolutionized my life. This is episode about self-love, growth and listening to yourself.

When we are kinds we think that when we will be adult we will have it all figured out. Who we are, what we want to do, how do we want to live.... That is the biggest disappointment for me in regards to being an adult... I have NO IDEA what i want to do or even really who I am. But to get started I looked at my life and thought about the 3 main values the lead me in my life: family, loyalty and internal strength

Hi everyone! :D So this was actually very first face to face interview I conducted. I am talking with my flatmate Eduardo about his way of being an adult and figuring out life.Does guys associate parenthood with adulthood as much as girls? Since it is an Aprils Fool's Day I decided to disregard an episode that I had made and make a new one. When did we stopped pulling jokes on people on that day? When did we got "too old for that stuff"? This is one of my most favorite days because it helps to keep us a bit childish on the inside ;)
