Who owns your customers? In this segment, I make a case that every company needs a CXO, a Chief Experience Officer.
Join me on BarcVox to hear what that means and why.
There are many ways an enterprise architecture discipline can be structure in an organisation, but I suggest that some configurations are more effective than others. They should be owned and operated by the business and be paired with solution or technology architects on the technology side.
