My second guest today, Jesse Berkowitz, was my first friend in law school, my first law partner, and the absolute funniest human being I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. As one half of the Berkowitz & Myer Personal Injury & Bankruptcy empire over in St. Pete he and his partner Christian Myer have taken the civil trial world by storm. He and his son Kelley have also become successful in the world of the sports card and memorabilia trade. He and I have lived a lot of life in the past 12 years since we worked together and it was nice to reflect on that roller coaster with him. Love that dude! Check it out!

I can't say enough good things about today's guest, Bryant Scriven. He is a class act through and through and just an amazing attorney. I love our conversation today about his time growing up as a black man in Brooksville, his amazing family, being a Florida Gator, his prior career as a Hillsborough County Prosecutor and why he decided to switch to private practice. We also get into talking about race relations, the state of a Police and Voting Rights in our country today. I really enjoyed this conversation. Check it out!

Sarasota Highschool Podcast Competition Winners, Matt & Ben, stopped by the studios today to illustrate that I'm not remotely as cool as I think. Evidently Fortnite & Migos is old news. We really ran the gamut with guests today! First up, candidate for Pinellas/Pasco County Circuit Court Judge for the 6th Judicial Circuit Group 28, Evan Frayman stopped by the studio to discuss his career, qualifications, and challenges running for the bench amidst a pandemic. Elections are coming up so check this one out along with the other candidates we've interviewed. 

Filmmaker, Michael Sinclair, is a Renaissance man, thinker and most importantly a DOER! In a relatively short period of time, Mike has amassed a respectable cache of important work, whether music videos, short films, his writing or his collaboration with local artists like Andrew Achilles DiMestico and Blade of Surtr...he's one to keep your eye on. We had a great conversation and I'm already looking forward to him coming on again. 

Andrew DiMestico in all of his vast musical incarnations, Achilles the Destroyer, Achilles, Blade of Surtr and now Jaguar Ritual, is a conduit for musical badassery!  As talented as he is prolific, he has become a one man wrecking crew, unphased by any obstacles that stand between him and his vision.  Get on the bus with this Rock Viking now...he's destined for greatness🤘

Gabe Echazabal, hard to say, easy to love!  A veritable fountain of music history, Gabe's contribution to local music both through his early days at Vinyl Fever and now as Senior Music Correspondent for Creative Loafing is unmatched.  This one was a lot of fine for me, so much so we are talking about making it a regular thing.  Take a listen!
