Episode 24 features Jo Hirschboeck, a barista currently working at Crema in Denver, CO. Not too long ago, she owned a coffee shop called Cuppa Joe in Breckenridge, so she knows on the industry as an owner and an employee.

Episode 19 features Abbey Case, one of my all-time favorite baristas! She can be described a great many ways - we’ll begin with Colorado native, part-time Boulderite, student, world traveler, and wandering spirit. Also, she has been known to serve up some delicious coffees!

Episode 18 features Joe Woolery, a former barista who worked at Caffe Driade in Chapel Hill, NC, about 15 years ago. When California called, he headed west and ended up working in the TV biz. Today, he lives and works in Klamath Falls, Oregon.

Episode 17 features Gary Jugert, a former barista who worked at Starbucks in Denver, CO, for 12 years! These days, he’s now thoroughly preoccupied with taking over the known universe with ukuleles!
