Today’s single skill is explaining the mandatory repair or replacement clearly, without blending it into the upgrades.
Here is where we are in the process. You have built rapport. You have discovered the issues from the customer, your diagnostics, and your analysis. You are seated at the table of the customer’s choosing. You have respectfully requested that time be honored for a decision today. You have explained the problem. Now you are explaining the solutions. #SellingWithIntegrity #CustomerSuccess

Today’s Single Skill: Explain What You Found
You’re at the table with the customer. This is the moment when you explain what those things are.
In just a minute, we will dive into the solutions, but first, we need to explain the problem clearly. If we skip this step, the solution can feel arbitrary, expensive, or premature. But if you explain the problem clearly, the solution begins to make sense! 💡🤝

It all captures one core concept: “May we decide today?”
In the last episode, we covered honoring the customer as they come back inside from the truck and continuing to build our architecture of trust while seated together. We’ve built rapport, discovered issues, and are right on the edge of explaining solutions.
But right before you present those options, try saying this with a kind demeanor:
"Before I walk through the options, may I ask you a fair question? Let me just say that 'No' is okay. 'Yes' is of course my favorite. I’ll respect either one, but may we agree to decide today one way or the other?"
This isn't a setup or an attempt to get them to buy before hearing the facts. You are just being real—asking if you can work toward a clear decision together instead of drifting into a vague "let me think about it."

You found some things. You explained that the issues were fixable. You stepped out to the truck, cleaned up, reviewed the facts, and organized the options carefully before coming back inside. This simple gesture is important because it does so much work. This episode describes why "Trust Architecture" is crucial to Selling With Integrity. #SellingWithIntegrity #CustomerSuccess
