The Houston Astros have been accused of electronic sign-stealing during the 2017 season. According to Mike Fiers, a former Astros pitcher, Houston used a center field camera to steal signs and relay them to a TV in the dugout tunnel where players and team employees could see. The Astros seem to have been relaying the pitch-type by hitting a trash can whenever an off-speed pitch was signaled. Some opposing players, such as White Sox pitcher Danny Farquhar, noticed this noise while playing against the Astros. Is electronic sign-stealing a non-issue, or is this a big deal?
