When you're a consistent bottom-feeder in the standings, you get a lot of high draft picks over the years. The Pittsburgh Pirates have developed some young studs who showed well in 2019. Bryan Reynolds did show that he's one of the best outfielders in the game, Josh Bell became an All-Star, and Kevin Newman racked up hits. Besides that, this team was full of holes and question marks.
