Andrew Ryan just completed his first season as the head coach of Kentucky Country Day School (KCD) in Louisville. Coach Ryan and Gray were anxious to speak with one another about firsts, as host Grayson Knight just completed his freshman year in HS and was a starter on the varsity team. Coach also shared his perspective on teamwork, clubhouse culture, and why coaching teenagers might be harder than his old job, garbage man.
