After starting with a college summer team in 2016, which went on to win three Coastal Plains League championships, Jesse and the Bananas have transitioned to Banana Ball full-time, and in the process, have won over legions of Bananas and Party Animals (their sister club) fans who are making house hold names out of Bill LeRoy, Dan Oberst, Jackson Olson, and Vincent the Dancing Umpire. Jesse joined Grayson to discuss his view on where the team is now, where they are going, and why putting Fans First is more than a saying: it's a way of life for their organization.
