Éthologue, Fabienne Delfour a présenté quelques clés de compréhension de la psychologie de différents animaux dans le cadre de la projection du film "Le chagrin des animaux" de Jacques Mitsch, qui s'attache à présenter quelques résultats marquants de cette nouvelle science qu'est l'éthologie, à savoir l'étude de la réaction d'animaux face à la mort de leurs congénères et tenter de comprendre dans quelle mesure on peut parler de simples réactions physiologiques, de conscience de la mort, ou de chagrin.

I get asked all the time which sweeteners I use, so here are my three and why.

Stevia comes from the leaves of the stevia plant. It has zero calories and won't spike your blood sugar. I use it in drinks and cooking, though some brands leave a slight aftertaste.

Monk fruit comes from a small green fruit grown in Southeast Asia. The sweetness comes from compounds called mogrosides, not sugar, so it's calorie free with no hit to your blood sugar. It holds up to heat too, which makes it great for baking or your coffee.

Allulose is my number one pick. It's a rare sugar found in small amounts in foods like figs and raisins, and it doesn't raise your blood sugar. Studies have even shown it increased GLP-1, the hormone that helps with blood sugar and appetite. That's why it's my go-to.

I've been sorting out some old compositions, most of them never published in a proper manner.

Thus, now I have material for a few months!

This is "Qué linda chiquilla" (What a Beautiful Little Girl), written in 2017.

The middle section gets a little busy on the fretting hand, but it's quite playable — and enjoyable. The plucking hand can do all its work with thumb downstrokes.
