Stonecutter is an amazing Gradle plugin for multi-version Minecraft mod development. I combined it with the multi-loader template and now I have 1 codebase for everything.
This is a follow-up to NorthWestRants episode 2, in which I ranted about Minecraft's Game Drop system being horrible for Minecraft modders and players. For some reason, it gave me the motivation to look for a solution to the problem. And that's how I found Stonecutter.

¡Gracias!🙏🏼❤️🔥

Time lapse footage of dawn 1st July 2026, using an iPhone 13 Pro.
Can be viewed using either ‘Freeviewing’ - or your conveniently-to-hand Brewster type stereoscope, Google Cardboard, or similar phone-mounting contraption. I imagine a VR headset also, although I’ve not yet tested.
A completely unplanned experiment this. Took a time lapse of the horizon and sky at dawn on July 1st 2026, and noticed the layers of clouds in the resulting video were pretty much moving perfectly left to right in the camera view. This seemed like an opportunity to see if the same side-by-side frame difference trick I tried with the train journeys would work. Obviously there’s no stereoscopic illusion of depth created with the horizon and foreground buildings—and I’ve not tried to remove the birds that pass by—but I think it’s pretty successful.
July 7th/8th - I set up a camera at the last minute, the sky was showing signs of clearing, so glad i did.
