The odyssey of an inner trip translated to the ukulele. This is the 14th issue of 50 Miniature Studies for Ukulele by Choan Gálvez.

This tune features three legato techniques: hammer-on, pull-off, and slide (glissando). Short strokes of melody are played over unusual timed arpeggios.

A Celtic styled dance tune using hammer-ons, pull-offs and campanella to fully exploit the re-entrant ukulele tuning. "Kandarian Jig" is the thirteenth study in 50 Miniature Studies for Ukulele by Choan Gálvez.

The F-4 Object, also known as the Rákosi Bunker, is a vast atomic shelter constructed in the 1950s and 60s. Intended to protect the Central Committee of Hungary's communist government in the event of a strike. Hidden at a depth of around 50 metres, the bunker connects to key government buildings and the Budapest Metro.

Joe Meek was an important figure in the history of popular music. As a record producer in the early 1960s he changed the way music was recorded and produced. He also lived quite an unusual life and experienced great highs and lows. Quickly covering his early years, Darryl W Bullock's biography of the man focuses on the last decade or so of the Meek's career which peaked with the world-wide hit single "Telstar" and ended in a horrific murder-suicide. Is this a book for the average reader or more one for the history or music nerds out there?
