Today, we head on over to the Battles bracket were we pit an ancient clash between the emerging Roman army against the old man on the block, the Greeks. Their opponent is the turning point contest of the American Civil War, Gettysburg.

Over in the Rebels, Rogues, and Scholars bracket, we pit arguably the most successful rebel of all time, the founder of the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang. His opponent, the man whose publication of the principle of heliocentrism, sparked the Scientific Revolution, Nicholas Copernicus. Find out who moves on thte second round. 

Today, we head on over to the Military bracket where we start with "the ultimate hero-monster" Tamerlane, also known as Timur. His opponent is the soldier-statesman from the 18th century, Fredrick the Great. Find out who moves on to the second round.
