Carolann is a stage 3 breast cancer survivor treated with chemo, radiation, and intermittent fasting. She not only crushed cancer but lost 45 pounds through a low carb diet and fasting.

Carolann is a mother of seven, grandmother of three, and just completed training to become a health coach with the IDM Program.
