For the past year, here at KCBS Radio, we've been privileged to work with Amani Grant-Pate as an Audacy news fellow - a year-long fellowship program for recent journalism graduates from HBCU's across the country.

In this episode, Amani shares his experiences including breaking into the business as a young, aspiring journalist.  As well as the fellowship's culminating event, a trip to Las Vegas to attend the annual NABJ (National Association of Black Journalists) convention.
