This week Shane welcomes Wayne Brown of Big Wayner’s BBQ to talk about the Pitmaster TV series up until now.  Kevin Kelly of Kevin’s BBQ Joints Blog to talk about his blog, the last year plus of pitmaster training and travels and get a behind the scenes look at all that he does.  Rounding out the line up is Jeff Belmonti of BBQ Pro Shop.com.  Shane will talk to Jeff about what its like to run a bbq related online store in todays economy and what products are doing well in his store and talk about any trends he is seeing in bbq.

Tonight's show will feature a quick discussion about today's news regarding Chopped! Grill Masters! participants and when it will be airing on the Food Network.  We were fortunate enough to be selected as one of the 16 contestants so we can't wait for the season premiere on July 22nd.  Our first guest will be Danny Coogle from Pit Bulls Up In Smoke.  Danny is coming off a KCBS GC in Georgia this weekend.  We will get to know more about him, his team, their successes and a new venture that he just announced today.  The second guest will be Michael Fay from Aporkalypse Now.  Michael cooked with Myron Mixon at the Big Apple Block Party and will be coming on the show to share that with us.  We will also talk about his 2012 to date and anything else involving Mid-Atlantic BBQ.  Mike has also been generous enough to gather some Wusthof items for show giveaway so make sure and take detailed notes!
