This week we will have one of the top BBQ cooks in the country on in Bubba Latimer from Bub-Ba-Q.  Bubba is a great guy and will recap his win last weekend in Cummings, GA at the National BBQ Cup.  We will also get his opinion on a few other hot topics on the KCBS and FBA front.

Our others guests this evening will be Charlie and David from Fatt Ashes.  Fatt Ashes is just concluding their first year on the professional BBQ circuit and they have been on quite a roll.  They are coming off a RGC this weekend at the KCBS Plant City Pig Jam.
