“A lot of these solutions work even better, when you have an MSP or a channel partner involved,” says Mike Nowak, Chief revenue Officer of BCM One. With the shadow of the pandemic lifting, and with it, some of the more rushed decisions made on the fly, Nowak believes that there’s a big opportunity to have new conversations about the longer term, between channel and MSP partners and their enterprise customers.
