The Knicks got abused on Friday night, dropping their first road game of the postseason. The usual issues continued to read their ugly heads. Julius Randle & RJ Barrett were detestable the entire night while Trae Young got what he wanted on the Knick defense. New York needs to figure out a way to get it together on both sides of the hardwood or else this series is not going beyond five games. They looked as bad as a playoff team could look in Game 3, so hopefully they bounce back before heading home. In the latest episode we break it all down, go over some more film, and more!

The Knicks bounced back very nicely from their Game 1 loss on Sunday. They got off to another slow start Wednesday but clamped down in the second half while their offense also found some continuity. Reggie Bullock played a key factor, as did Derrick Rose, Taj Gibson, and Julius Randle. We go over the game, evaluate individual performances, and later go through an in-depth film analysis on certain possessions throughout the night.

After all the wait, the Knicks finally took the MSG floor on Sunday night for their first playoff game in eight seasons. Unfortunately it did not end with a win. The Knicks had major issues defending Trae Young in the lanes all night as the Hawks exploited New York's weak pick-&-roll coverage continuously. Adjustments need to be made in many areas for the Knicks to rebound in Game 2 or else they'll be looking at a 2-to-0 series deficit heading into Atlanta. The Yankees keep winning. They picked up an extremely impressive sweep versus the visiting White Sox, who came into this series with the American League’s best record. The starting pitching was fantastic yet again. Monty, Cole, and Taillon kept the streak alive and threw up zeros. On the other end, guys like Gleyber Torres are starting to heat up, Aaron Judge keeps hitting, and we get to a few more matters as well.

The New York Knicks wrapped up their tremendous regular season with a win against the Boston Celtics. It wasn't pretty -- we almost witnessed another fourth quarter meltdown -- but they pulled away in the end to clinch the four-seed. The Knicks will taking on the Hawks in the first round which begins Sunday at Madison Square Garden. The first two games against the Orioles went great. Gio Urshela had another magical moment late while the bullpen shut it down. In the middle game Domingo picked up yet another quality start while the Yankee bats pounded O's pitching right away and throughout. The Yankees took another series victory this weekend in the Bronx. They concluded their homestand at 7-2 with a pair of walk-off wins by Gleyber Torres & Giancarlo Stanton. Torres also got his first homer of the season out of the way. Meanwhile, Yankee starters continue to hold it down.
