This was a bad loss. How much do we actually take from it? Everything or nothing? The Knicks are banged up, they have seemed a bit off since Vegas, but they did have a day off yesterday and came out flat in the first game of a back-to-back. Not great. The absence of KAT was obvious, and Trae Young being out mattered too, at least from the Knicks perspective. Let’s talk.

The Yankees need pitching now, not patience. Fried is the only real rotation lock, while everybody else comes with questions in their own way. One more injury leaves this rotation already with depth arms that do not profile as real starters. For a franchise with these resources, failing to add at least one legitimate starter would be inexcusable. Let's discuss it.
