That was amazing. I hate those swamp rats so much. The Knicks beat the pulp out of the now-irrelevant Nets last night at Madison Square Garden, the arena of the only New York basketball team. There's also the Liberty but that's the only other NY hoops team I can think of. Anyways, great team play, along with an explosion from Jalen Brunson, led the Knicks to their seventh consecutive win last night. Their offense looked phenomenal. We talk about that and more. And later we run through our progress reports for the four-month point in the season. As always, f*ck the Nets and all twelve of their zoomer fans.

If you had any questions on the Knicks being more than just an average team who will run into a few wins and losses, last night answered the bell. They may not be a powerhouse like Milwaukee or Philly, but they are not much further down the list. Or not as far down as some thought. What an impressive win that was last night against the Celtics. You got excellent team defense, unselfish offense, and some really great hustle plays in this game. The Knicks are good. They are a good, solid team, folks, and even I will admit I was wrong by calling them mediocre for most the season. It's getting a little real now. Episode 485! We talk about it all!

And that is all for the first three quarters of the season. The Knicks wrapped up their pre-break portion by stealing the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference after a win in Atlanta last night. I must say I was very impressed with their defense which was my biggest concern going up against the Hawks. But they shut it down. We break down the defense, go over the offensive concerns, shower Brunson with more praise, talk some more Thibodeau, discuss the bench unit's revival, and more.
NYY-NYK-MMA Question of the Day: True or False? In the 1988-89 season, Knicks first round pick Rod Strickland led the NBA in assists per game.
