I think friendships is a very complicated topic so I decided to make it a saga that will include a few episodes later in my series on different topics. But today’s episode we’re talking about establishing boundaries and the importance of trust.

Its simple - we hate doing it sometimes but we know we need to get things done in order to reach our goals. Disciplining yourself is part of the big pie called success

EPISODE 10!! We all subconsciously do it or maybeee we just consciously do it - regardless its a toxic behavior that we should stop doing so we can achieve our greatest potential!

Trigger Warning ⚠️ In this week’s episode I discuss struggling with mental illness(MI) and how to help loved ones. PLEASE CALL & SHARE National Suicide hotline is #988. *The previous 1-800-273-8255 will reroute to the new hotline*
