What happens when you combine science and data to better optimize recovery results? Well, you get a WHOOP. This week Lindsay and Danielle are joined by Dr. Alex Hajduczok to dig into fitness, burnout, and recovery, and how we can use wearable devices to better predict burnout and recovery in physicians, entrepreneurs, and for all types of jobs. Dr. Alex Hajduczok is a third-year internal medicine resident physician at Penn State Hershey in Pennsylvania. He will be joining the cardiology fellowship program at Thomas Jefferson in Philadelphia in July 2021, and is pursuing an academic career in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant. He has used WHOOP to optimize training in CrossFit since 2017, and is a certified CrossFit Level-1 Trainer at CrossFit Gamma in Hershey, PA. In addition, he leads multiple clinical trials using the WHOOP device for various populations, including medical residents and heart failure patients. He is a huge Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres fan. Questions for Lindsay or want to share your story? Leave us a message at 614-706-6693 and you might hear it on a future episode. It’s okay to not be okay. We say this phrase a lot, but it's important that we all believe it. This week Lindsay is joined again by Danielle Blount to dive a bit into their experiences with therapy, why it's important that people support you in your recovery, and why we as a society need to get rid of the stigma around mental health. If you need help, know you can always call the suicide prevention hotline at 800-273-8255. Questions for Lindsay or want to share your story? This week Lindsay is talking about why you need your tribe, your ride or dies. These are the people who know you best, challenge you to be better, and support you are your worst. Sometimes though, as you start to accelerate and vibrate higher, you might need to change your tribe, and that's okay. Listen in as we give a little love to some of our tribe too.

This week Lindsay is joined by fellow attorney, Tricia Bell. Lindsay and Tricia discuss finally feeling comfortable in your skin, the work it takes to get there, and how you can to. You can continue to wait each year to wake up one day to finally feel like you made it, but as Tricia notes, you need to put in the work and time, let your inner self shine, and surround yourself with a great team.
Tricia Bell has practiced law for over 17 years with experience ranging from law firms to government entities. Currently, Tricia is the General Counsel and V.P. of Strategic Risk Management for Principle Business Enterprises, Inc., a healthcare supply manufacturing company in the Toledo, Ohio area. She has also taught Business Law and Effective Decision-Making classes as an Adjunct Professor.
Tricia is a mother of three (Sophia, Collin and Joey), a wife, a daughter, a sister, enjoys OSU football, loves to travel, and reads a lot of Brene Brown, Adam Grant and Lysa TerKeurst (to keep learning about being her best self).

This week Lindsay is building off her conversation last week with Celine Krzan in Episode 24 and diving a bit more into authenticity. What makes you authentic? It's more than just being smart or organized, those are table stakes. What really makes you, you? The key we learn this week is that it must be truly, boldly, you, or else people will pick up on it.
