In this episode he talks to us about his experience with the belief system of most coach and consultants.
Most of the coaches or consultant dont believe they can be any more successful than they are right now. Getting them to believe that or getting them to understand that actually you can keep on doing most of what you are doing, you just need to tweak a little bit, its just the few key things you need to do, a little bit different or little bit better and life will change forever.
If you want to be successful ask yourself these questions:
Are you ready to get started?
Are you ready to give whatever it will take to get to the next level?
There are two parts to ambition.
1. Where do you want to get to?
2. You got to work out what you are prepared to give to get there
People always say I would love to earn 5000, I would love to have a 6 figure business but, when you ask them the question what are you prepared to give to get there? The answers are not so good, not so positive.
If the answer is, well I am not prepared to do more than what I am doing. If you are not prepared to put more time and energy into what you are doing right now then nothing is gonna change. Those are the people on the spectrum who wont become more successful because they are not prepared to give, its a simple equation of input and output.
All this.. and much more to learn from Jonny from this episode.
