I'm sure many of you have heard that feeling your feelings is important, but why? In this episode I talk about why it is so important to feel those hard things in your life. It's natural to want to avoid, resist, and react to emotion, but there are much healthier ways to deal with it. I give a couple examples from my own life of how being self aware of how I am feeling has changed my life and helped me to not be afraid of those hard things.
