Most people do not realize that they suffer from mental health illness and most people do not take mental health illness seriously.  Unfortunately, we have lost so many people to mental health illness due to not being aware of the types of disorders it carries, the levels to which it can be formed into, and making sure that the necessary treatment is given to those who suffer from it.  Sometimes it is hard to detect when someone is going through mental health illness, so I believe it's very important that we self-evaluate ourselves and evaluate our loved ones on a consistent basis. On this episode I talk about how I too, deal with mental health illness.

Those are the relationships that we feel obligated to in an endearment way, and although they take more time, and understanding, we stay in those relationships just for the sake of that. In this new day and time, we have to find what it is that works for us.  We were raised to take on a belief that our parents were raised on.  It was there way and there way only...POINT BLANK!  The only way we were able to take on another belief is if we became independent and moved out of the house, away from our family.  That is when we had the courage to explore other areas of belief.  Belief is not just about religion.  It's about having a way of life that works for you! In this episode I talk about why it is important to develop your own belief-system and why we as people should allow other's to choose a belief-system that works for them.
