This week, something happened that stopped me in my tracks:

I crashed — not mentally, not emotionally, but energetically.

This week, I’m sharing a confession most people in the healing world never admit:

👉 I was healed in my practices… and unhealed in my real life.

For years, I did the inner work.
I went to the workshops.
I became the healer.
I literally named my business “Be Healing.”

But when I left the healing space, I stepped right back into old patterns:
🍷 drinking to fit in
🚩 chasing people I thought I could fix
😶 wearing the mask version of myself
🤐 ignoring red flags because I believed I could handle them

It wasn’t that healing didn’t work —
it’s that I only allowed myself to be healed in controlled spaces.

I had a split identity:
Healed Claire in sessions.
Abandoning Claire in everyday life.

It took brutal honesty to realise…
I wasn’t “rewarding” myself with normality.
I was giving myself permission to abandon myself.
