In this episode, Dr. Teresa Moore and I discuss what it means to get paid what you're worth and we also provide practical steps on achieving this for yourself. Get paid the value that you're worth for your God-given gifts!
Take full advantage of your gift. God gave you the gifts you were born and blessed with to give to others. God doesn't want you to hide the gifts and talents He GAVE to you when you were born. He expects you to share them and glorify Him, the Creator that gave them to you in the first place.
If you know you have a gift, and that gift provides value to the lives of those around you, and you go above and beyond in delivering that value with a smile on your face, then you deserve to be compensated for it, accordingly.
But, if you seek to elevate and deliver results in advance without any compensation, you surely will receive. Just because God blessed you with talents and gifts, doesn't mean you should never give them away without compensation, but it's an art to find the balance between the two.
Teresa and I are both radio hosts, podcast hosts, authors, and speakers. Teresa is a mental health expert and a high-end caterer. Teresa and I both wear many hats and we pour ourselves into everything we do. We pour ourselves out because we have been poured into by God.
Knowing your worth is about loving yourself. Loving yourself is about knowing that you're loved. There is a big God, beyond our comprehension, that loves us more than we can possibly know and ever understand.
Jesus Christ came down to Earth as God in the flesh to show his sacrificial love, sovereignty, and undeniable power and grace.
What does "No-Limiter" mean?
Simply put, a limiter is a sensor in a vehicle that detects how fast you're going and won't allow you to go past a certain speed to protect the engine.
The name is perfect because it relates to cars and is a perfect parallel to our personal lives and the 'limiters' we put on ourselves.
