After a little break, the boys are back! This week we go balls deep into the new Final Fantasy. With the holidays upon us, the boys reminisce about presents past, and of course Westworld. Who isn't a robot? We have no idea. Come and know us better man.

Craig and Brian discuss trailers for the remake of The Mummy, The Belko Experiment, and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Then, they jump into reviews of the new Netflix original, I Am The Pretty Thing That Lives In The House, and the Dario Argento film, Inferno.

We're joined by comedian and artist Winslow Dumaine this week. To go along with our movie - TAKE SHELTER - we have a deep and frank discussion about depression, mental illness, and art. Winslow opens up about how he has battled and continues to battle depression and mental illness, and how the process of creating is a way to express what he has gone through.

Our music comes from Slingshot Dakota this week with their song "Golden Ghost" off the album "Their Dreams Are Dead, But Ours Is the Golden Ghost."

News of the Dead: Turn the Page For Chapter Four, and we express our disappointment in THE MUMMY trailer.

You can follow Winslow on Twitter @metalnames and on Instagram @calculations. And you can buy his comedy album at winslowdumaine.bandcamp.com

In this titillating episode of Nerds on the Left, we are joined by a guest Nerd, Kase Chaffin.

Wasting no time, Kase picks a fight with Marvel Editorial over Venom #1 over an extra finger. Rodney speculates about the future of the Inhumans past ResurreXion. (Hint: It doesn’t look good.) Also, don’t tell Alan Moore that they may put Watchmen characters in the Injustice 2 video game. For everyone’s safety, keep it to yourself. Seriously.

In politics this week, Jill Stein basically starts a Kickstarter to save our democracy from a Trump presidency. Will it make a difference? Probably not. Should we still do it? Hell yeah.
