On how society discusses racism and sexism, the poison of identity politics, the catastrophic consequences of the Old Guard's continued hold on power, and the one true systemically racist institution remaining in America.
For reference, Old Guard: political parties, media, tech, entertainment, academia, and corporations, all dominated for a generation by the same people, all aligned with the same political ideals, all in thrall to 'woke' identity politics and dependent on Chinese money, all publicly defending China, and all trying to utterly destroy Donald Trump.

A quick update and then two essays.
The first is called Love in the Time of Coronavirus, which I published on Medium on 3/15/20 about how the lockdown was an opportunity for personal advancement and connection with people.
The second is called A Call for Chivalrous Men, published on 3/16/20 and deals with the potential need for traditional masculinity in a time of uncertainty.

The Data Behind Lockdown Skepticism
Justin Hart is a business data consultant and data architect who served as digital director for Mitt Romney's 2012 campaign.
Like me, Justin has been providing data-driven reasoning to end the coronavirus lockdowns. We discuss:
The problems with coronavirus death statistics
The problems with following the "cases" metric
The confused notion that staying open during the pandemic was an experiment in human suffering, when the experiment was a two-month lockdown
Data that will comfort you as we move forward

Noah Rothman is Associate Editor at Commentary Magazine and a regular contributor at MSNBC. Noah and his compatriots at Commentary have a podcast that has been a beacon of sanity throughout the pandemic, and they're now doing five shows a week, so tune in.
We discuss whether conservatives are scary, the origin of neo-conservatism, mixed messaging and contradictory policies, narrative journalism (as opposed to fact-based journalism (aka journalism), moral tradeoffs, America's future with China, and how no one should have any predictions on who will win in November.

Chris reads his essay, "On Theorism", which lays out a new framework through which to view the world. Strap in.
Theorists: People whose beliefs are comprised of a series of stories supported by other stories
Anti-Theorists: People who exist to see through Theory and live their lives to destroy it
Rooted: a state of being where the thing you believe is believed for its own sake, provable in the physical world, or in the cumulation of your experiences. Everything stated is either an opinion, a belief that constitutes an (admittedly) only possible truth, or something believed on the basis of other rooted beliefs
'Experts' (not experts): people who exist to serve as the authority figure for a narrative, and who are believed on the basis of their credentials, the ability to hew to the central narrative in an intelligent way, or are legitimized by the institutions they associate with
